The Boilermaker golf outing for the summer of 2014 at Chippewa golf course in Curtice, Ohio on July 12th was a success. Thanks Steve Coffman for all the hard work you put into setting it up.

Work has started to slow down a bit for the summer. We are expecting some long term work this summer at Gerdau Steel for Detroit Boiler, Chem Plant in Lima for Cherne and Toledo Refinery for Nooter. Detroit Boiler will be keeping around 12 Boilermakers all summer for a new furnace job. Cherne will be keeping a hand full of Boilermakers all summer for some maintenance work and new construction with periodic peaks in manpower. Nooter will also have a hand full of Boilermakers preparing for the fall outage and will pick up a second shift in August. The short term list has been moving steadily with some unplanned work and should continue throughout the summer. If there is anyone interested in traveling here is the link to access the Most BDS. www.most-bds.org/ If any member has any question as to how to login and use it have them contact Abe Babcock at the Union Hall and he can walk you through it.
If you need to change your address or Phone number with the international here is the link www.boilermakers.org/resources/forms/change_address/ you will still need to contact the funds office to change your address there.
RETIREESThe next retiree Meeting will be August 19th at the Bob Evans at the corner of Woodville and Lemoyne Rd. We hope to see a lot of you there.
